When completed, the Treasure Island project will include 5,500 new homesites, 400 hotel rooms, 200,000 square feet of retail/commercial use, a 400 slip marina and a vast array of open space and visitor serving uses.

Kenwood Investments, LLC is also working on entitling a mixed use development project in Anaheim, California that includes 81 market rate condominiums and 30,000 square feet of retail space, in partnership with the Anaheim Redevelopment Agency, and a market rate apartment project in El Cerrito, California, in partnership with BART and the City of El Cerrito. Kenwood is also serving as the local development partner for Urban America and Terramark for their work in the Bay Area. Most recently, Kenwood has been selected by the City of Sacramento as the master developer for a 23 acre site along the riverfront in downtown Sacramento known as the Docks. While still in the preliminary planning stages, the Docks is anticipated to include approximately 1,000 homes, a retail and commercial area and an expansive riverfront promenade that will reconnect Sacramentans to their urban waterfront.
